Take a moment to feel where you are rooted. Does it look or feel differently than it did 5 years ago or even 15 years ago? Parts of you may seem lost while others are just waking, pulsing. As women we journey through this beautiful life in various roles, many of which become our identity. We may have caught glimpses of a deeper truth of self along our path, a feeling of becoming awakened in deep body knowledge.

As we learn to explore our own awakening, we can discover a new way of being. A life that feels connected to the Universe, a life that feels open, expansive, sensual, and alive. A life full of cracks and guides and change.

Through guided-prompts, gentle movement, discovering spirit guides and the stories of our spirits we will walk along this path of the awakening woman together. We will explore her needs and desires. We will allow her to vision her truths and dip into vulnerability. During our time together we will begin the process of creating a vision book of our awakening selves, something tangible and gorgeous that you can hold in your hands, that will take you into the next iteration of you. It will become a gift you carry with you beyond our time together.

What to Bring: Any special ephemera that has meaning to you.

Materials Fee: $10 and will include everything else you need, including your vision book.
